Operator arrived onsite on the 10/23/2025 to do his regular patrol, upon arrival he heard a leak and investigated to discover the source of the leak. Upon investigation it was discovered that the needle valve on a station discharge valve was leaking, the operator discovered an ice ball and small amount of vapor coming from the needle valve.
