On 10/14/2025 at 10:45 am cdt, enterprise maintenance technician, located a cracked soc-o-let weld on a 1-inch thermal relief bypass piping on a lid c134 loving meter skid at midland tank farm. The leak area has been isolated and remediated. Apparent cause was identified as a weld failure due to excessive vibrations. The weld was repaired, and piping was returned to service.
