On 9/30/25 at 1420 during tank refill following a 653 inspection, oneok personnel observed product leaking from the chime of tank 372. Leadership was notified and at 1850 operations shutdown the inbound transfer to tank 372. The tank was emptied, isolated, and air gapped on 10/3. The tank integrity team began cleaning the tank for entry on 10/4. Cleaning was completed and entry made to investigate the leak source on 10/8. As of 10/28/25 the investigation is ongoing. Once the source is identified and investigation is completed, a supplemental report will be filed
