On september 26, 2025, at 07:42 a product switch occurred from gasoline to diesel fuel at the griffith, in meter station. At 07:59 a sump level deviation prompted notification to local personnel. When local personnel arrived at the griffith meter station at 08:15 they identified an overfilling of the 1� drain system associated with the thermal relief valve. Initial indications appear to be a failure of a station thermal relief valve. The thermal relief valve was replaced and is awaiting a third-party failure analysis that will be witnessed by explorer personnel. Inspection records indicate the thermal relief valve was inspected on 6/12/25
