Narrative
At approx 0515, two gas detectors located at targa's lcp-12" station alerted the control center of a release of propane. Station esd's closed to shut down the station. Technician arrived on site within 15 minutes and was able to locate source of release at a pressure gauge on a bypass line and shut product to the bypass line stopping product release. Segment of pipe was isolated, all other piping at the station was checked, new pressure gauge installed, and product was re-started.
