Narrative
On 9/8/2025 at 12:20 am cst enterprise pipeline operator discovered a crude release on nipple thread-o-let on tank 300-3 lateral at houston ship channel. The leak was immediately isolated. Approximately 11 barrels of crude oil was released. All remediation has been completed. Upon further investigation, it was determined that internal corrosion caused the crude oil release. The section of pipe has been disconnected and removed.
