On 9/15/2025, at approximately 04:50, an operator employee discovered a leak on the 8 inch 'row 4' fill line at midland tank farm. The fill line was immediately isolated. Approximately 110 barrels of crude oil was released. Cleanup contractors removed product and impacted soil. The leak was repaired by installing a mechanical clamp. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. A supplemental report will be submitted once the investigation is complete.
