On 9/10/2025, a jumper line on the titan to atlas ctf 10" sec 1 oil line lost containment of 17 barrels of oil due to a pinhole leak caused by internal corrosion on a flange. The line was quickly isolated and the leak contained. By 10pm that night, an additional like-and-kind spool was delivered, and the pipeline was up and running by 12:10am the following morning. Further investigation showed that pooling of solids in the jumper line was the cause of corrosion and eventual pinhole leak. Corrosion engineers have recommended a more thorough pigging regime through the north and south lines that connect to the jumper line will sufficiently push out the solids and prevent recurrence.
