On 8-22-2025 at ~0900mt while investigating product loss/gain reports from inventory control, a pin hole was discovered in the floor of tank 206 the north salt lake terminal. - cause is pending completion of investigation including laboratory analysis, which is in progress. - tank repair plans are in development - repair and remediation costs are estimated mike kuntz 9-18-2025 10-18-2025 supplemental - update cost spend and tab g apparent cause tab from metalurgical analysis.
