During routine rounds, an operator detected an unusual odor in the booster pump area. Upon further inspection, oil was found leaking from the pump casing of p-2002. Immediate notifications were made, and cleanup efforts were promptly initiated. The source of the leak was identified as a seal failure. Immediate corrective actions taken � notifications were issued to appropriate personnel. � pump p-2002 was isolated and drained. � leaked oil was contained to operating property and cleaned up to prevent environmental impact and ensure personnel safety.
