On july 17th at approximately 4:55 p.M., ingleside operations reported a release that occurred after a vacuum truck completed transferring product into tank 28077. The leak was stopped by fully closing the valve; however, approximately two barrels of crude oil were released onto the ground. Clean-up activities consisted of removing free liquid and impacted soil, and these tasks have been completed.
