While doing station rounds at approximately 06:15 on 7/14/25, the technician noticed first a smell of diesel and then observed product on the pump base of unit 3 extending into the concrete secondary containment. Apon further investigation, it was found that the source of the leak was the inboard seal on unit 3. The control center was notified, and the system was shutdown. The unit will remain out of service until accident investigation can be completed.
