Narrative
On 06/06/25 at approximately 17:35, an operator employee discovered a small fire on pump c3 in the pump room. The fire was immediately extinguished with a fire extinguisher. Operations discovered crude oil leaking from a seal on the 8inch 100 line inside arrow central delivery point (cdp). Approximately 1 gallon of crude oil was released. A small amount of product was consumed by the fire. The remaining product was cleaned-up by local personnel. The pump was removed and flanges blinded. The pump has been sent to a third party for analysis, inspection and repair. The line was restarted on 06/07/25 at 07:50. The cause of the accident is still under investigation by a third party. A supplemental report will be submitted once the investigation is complete.
