At approximately 1300 hrs on may 19, 2025, a county road grader struck the velma to antioch pipeline while grading camelback road in stephens county oklahoma. The grader operator contacted coffeyville resources crude transportation, llc (crct) to notify of the strike. Crct personnel immediately shut the line down and responded to the downstream valve to close.
