Narrative
Farmer was spraying crop field using chemical spray boom rig. He maneuvered too close to the above ground mlv-4 valve set and did not raise the spray boom high enough to clear the 2" blow down stack. The spray boom struck the 2" blow down stack causing a failure in the pipe above the weld at the 6"x2" tee.
