At 4:25am on may 2, 2025, pipeline control received a call from a oneok plant operator indicating a release from a psv on the arbuckle ii prover. At 4:53am a oneok pipeline operator isolated the psv stopping the release. The cause of the psv failure is under investigation supplemental- investigation results indicate the psv released at 1,329 psi. It failed to re-seat due to damage to the stem and sealing surface of the psv and continued to release until manually isolated.
