On october 26, 2025, a sensor line for a pilot-operated psv on a compressor unit failed due to excessive vibration. The failure of the sensor line led to an unintended release of gas. The sensor line was immediately repaired, replaced with flex tubing, and additional supports have been installed to prevent future occurrences.
