� 09:26 tech I received call from gc concerning possible leak on putnam wc � 09:30 supervisor called tech ii was called to head to location to investigate. � 10:00 tech ii arrived at location to start investigation � 10:30 tech notified supervisor of leak found on pipeline. � 10:35 supervisor notified the customer of need for shut in of putnam and mitchell well pads. � environmental specialist was in the office and notified immediately. � 10:43 pipeline control notified of leak discovered and that we were shutting in the putnam and mitchel well connects. � 10:51 putnam and mitchell well pads confirmed offline. � 10:54 tech�s I and tech ii were notified to isolate pipeline. � 10:55 soc was notified � 11:15 called pipeline safety rep to notify of leak. � 11:40 techs had isolation complete and began blowing down the putnam well connect. . � 13:49 pipeline was completely blown down.
