On september 22, 2025, at 7:55 a.M. A 3rd party contractor was blowing down a temporary bypass line connected to the 3902_05 waha comp to dual oasis 30-inch natural gas pipeline. A 3rd party contract employee located at the upstream line stop actuator was injured when 2-inch nipple and valve utilized as part of the blowdown procedure came off the line stop actuator striking the employee on his left arm and torso. At 8:09 a.M. Emergency services were called. The 3rd party contractor employee was transported to medical center hospital in odessa. At 4:41 p.M. The 3rd party contractor's safety representative notified energy transfer's DOT compliance department that an injured contractor was being admitted to medical center hospital. Nrc (report #1443444) and tx rrc (inci# 3411) were notified.
