On 4/11/2025 at 16:00 cdt, enterprise pipeline technician, discovered a crude release on pump unit 2 at lynch pump station. The release occurred due to a loose connection on the air eliminator. Pump was isolated and leak remediated. The fitting was replaced, and the pump was returned to service.
