At approximately 0700, operations personnel identified a small release from an instrumentation manifold. After further investigation it was determined the release took place at a differential pressure transmitter manifold and associated fittings. The release was stopped by closing the associated instrumentation isolation valve on the transmitter/manifold. Clean-up efforts were conducted by local personnel with response equipment and supplemental personnel and resources. To prevent recurrence, the transmitter and tubing manifold were replaced with a new transmitter/ manifold.
