Narrative
On 8-8-25 oneok pcc was contacted by a 3rd party of a possible leak on the r 909 pipeline at little river. Oneok operations were dispatched, and investigation confirmed the leak was on the r 909 asset. After confirmation, oneok operations worked with pcc to notify customers and isolated the line segment from the little river main line valve (north of the release point) to the state highway 3 main line valve (south of the release point). A total of 20 miles of the line segment was isolated and blown down. This segment of the pipeline is still shutdown, and work is ongoing to replace the section of line under the little river where the leak occurred. The existing pipe will be abandoned in place once the new crossing pipe is placed into service.
