At approximately 15:06 on 07/22/25, operations received a notification from a 3rd party reporting bubbles in the area near the sea robin 716-10-1 lateral in eugene island 330 (ei 330). An overflight was conducted to verify the location of the bubbles and bubbles were confirmed at approximately 19:06 on 07/22/25. Nrc was called reporting the bubbles in ei 330 (nrc #1437676, 48hr update#1437803). Overflights were conducted daily to monitor the area for any changes as weather permitted. Due to dsv availability, the repair contractor was not able to deploy until 08/02/25. The leak was located and a clamp was install on 08/04/25 at 19:32. The 48hr nrc notification was updated on 08/03/25 to reflect the change from unknown owner to sea robin pipeline. (#1438754)
