Narrative
At 8:05 a.M., a fasken operator notified oneok pipeline control center of a gas release at the fasken meter setting. Upon receiving the report, pcc called the local measurement technician to head to the site. The tech arrived on site at 9:25 a.M and witnessed a prv releasing gas. The tech isolated the prv at 9:27 a.M. After being isolated, the pressure data was trended, and a pressure change was noted to have occurred at 5:51 a.M. The relief for the valve was removed and sent off for analysis. At this time there are no plans to reinstall a new relief as this is a redundant form of pressure control for this setting. Once analysis results have been received a supplemental will be submitted.
