On 2/18/2025 at approximately 14:00 cst, an enterprise permian terminal control room operator received an alarm of the sump tank level rising. Enterprise pipeline technician was dispatched to investigate and discovered the psv on the discharge piping unseated and 2 bbls of diesel released on the ground. The psv was lo/to and placed out of service. Nrc reportable on 3/19/2025 based on cost of replacement. Operations made a decision to purchase a new valve in order to regain operational status.
