Investigation found the locator did not sufficiently mark the facilities around the dig location. The company locator for gas transmission responded to the locate request and provided locate marks. These locate marks were identified starting from north of golden eagle road and extending southeast towards n. Chipmunk lane. The locate marks failed to extend far enough to where the drilling activities later took place on the northern side of the right of way for chipmunk ln.
