At approximately 1212 on 05/17/25, operations received a notification from a 3rd party reporting bubbles in the area near the sea robin 716-10-1 lateral in eugene island 330 (ei 330). An overflight was conducted to verify the location of the bubbles and was confirmed at approximately 1430 on 05/17/25. Nrc was called reporting the bubbles in ei 331 (nrc#1431397, 48hr update#1431515). The pipeline was isolated on 05/17/25 at 1437. Overflights were conducted daily to monitor the area for any changes as weather permitted. Due to dsv availability, the repair contractor was not able to deploy until 5/22/25. The leak was located and a clamp was installed on 5/24/25 at 0650. The pipeline was returned to service at approximately 1346 on 05/24/25. The 48hr nrc notification was updated on 05/23/25 at 1440 to reflect the change from unknown owner to sea robin pipeline. (#1431997)
