On march 14, 2025 at 00:18, the operator received notification of an explosion at a residence with first responders requesting assistance to terminate gas service. Upon arrival, the operator terminated gas service to all six residents of the building. Due to the PHMSA incident report being a public document and the incident is still under investigation by the maryland fire marshal, we are prohibited from providing additional details at this time. - a-11, a-12 - note that "failure" of equipment has not yet been established through investigation.
