Narrative
On november 11, 2024, copano field personnel discovered a small patch of ice at mlv-1 and heard a "leaking" sound while completing routine valve maintenance. The "cop6-brenham" line was promptly isolated and the remaining product in the line was flared to start repairs. A fatigued flange gasket on an underground valve was determined to be the cause of the leak at mlv-1. Repairs included installing a new spiral wound 304 stainless gasket on mlv-1. The ngl line was returned to service on november 22, 2024.
