Narrative
At approximately 19:45 cst, enterprise operator at eldorado terminal observed the receipt header psv was relieving during a delivery from the p80 pipeline. The valve at the tank into which p80 was supposed to deliver was closed. The tank booster pump was damaged and caused the release of estimated 3 gallons of gasoline. Nrc was notified on the basis of estimated pump repair costs exceeding $50,000. This accident is still under investigation. Nrc #1417552, 48-hour update #1417628
