Narrative
Upon receiving a phone call from a shared third-party property owner about a potential crude release, shell personnel responded to the site of the release and isolated pipe segments. Once the suspected release point was confirmed, upstream and downstream valves were shut in and proper clean-up operations were underway. The release point was on a infrequently used bypass line. The bypass was shut in to allow the mainline to go back into service. **after reviewing this, a correction needed to be made whether or not this occurred in an hca. Originally, no was chosen, but it did occur in an opop.
