On 10/22/2024, at approximately 14:30 edt, local operations were performing a facility walk-around inspection when they noticed a small leak coming from the l932 (ethanol) pig trap door vent plug. Local operations notified onsite management, dispatched an osro for clean-up. The osro arrived at 14:51 edt to empty the drip pan and begin drain up of pig trap so local operation could replace the failed o-ring on the plug. Once the plug o-ring was replaced, the line was returned to service.
