On 8/30/2024 at 13:00 am cdt operations discovered approximately 3 barrels of crude in the phase 3 manifold at appelt terminal. The manifold was isolated, and the flow was rerouted. Field examination determined that the leak occurred due to internal corrosion of the pipe. An 8" clamp was installed to repair the pipe.
