On 08/29/24 at approximately 20:45, a land owner called the control center about a potential crude oil leak on pipeline row of 21003.04 10-inch diboll to douglas line. The line was shut down and the segment isolated. The leak was identified coming from a pin hole at the 6 o'clock position. Approximately 1.9 barrels of crude oil was released and migrated to a nearby unnamed creek. Osro removed free product and contaminated soil. On 08/30/34, a clamp was installed and the line was restarted. The pipe will be cut out and sent to a 3rd party laboratory for analysis. A supplemental report will be submitted once the analysis and investigation is complete.
