On 8/20/2024 at 08:57, operations received a notification concerning visible product leaking from a sidewalk on 13002 cmar-ctol-16inch line. Line was immediately shutdown and isolated. Approximately 5 barrels of crude oil was released. An osro was mobilized to cleanup free product and contaminated soil. The failed pipe was cutout and replaced. The line was restarted on 8/24/2024 at 09:45. The cause of the leak is still under investigation. A supplemental report will be submitted once the investigation is complete.
