On 8/10/2024 km employees identified a product stain on the chime of tank 80-16. The tank has been drained and stripped. The tank floor was ndt tested, the welds were vacuum tested and identified a weld failure due to lack of fusion that caused the leak. The weld was repaired per API 650/653.
