On august 5, 2024, western midstream construction group working along right-of-way observed surface stain near the lt-12" cat w. Cgf-b to mot pipeline. Operations were notified of the event and began investigating. Operations initiates valve isolation closures and confirm crude release from pinhole leak on the lt-12" cat w. Cgf-b to mot pipeline. A temporary clamp was installed, and the pipeline is returned to service.
