Narrative
The operator on 7/30/24 at approx. 1:50am went to close a manual valve for a movement. While heading out there, he noticed oil by tank 7 where the 12-inch fill lines comes through the dike wall. Upon further inspection, he also noticed oil on the ground by tank 6 coming out of the casing. The leak appears to be under the road through the berm between tank 6 and tank 7, all within containment. This particular section of the 12-inch line fill was blinded on both sides and will not be used in the future. The suction line will now be bi-directional.
