On 8/5/2024 at 15:00 cdt, enterprise employee, during a site visit, discovered a crude oil release at frank station; approximately 0.48 barrel of crude oil released. The leak has been isolated and remediated. It was determined that a pressure switch has failed due to wear and tear. Pressure switch has been replaced and affected station piping was put back into service.
