On 07/09/2024 at approximately 09:45, company personnel were conducting a routine patrol at texoma station and discovered an oil release from tank 30001 tank fill 20-inch line. The line was isolated and clean-up efforts began. Approximately 6 barrels of crude oil was released from above ground station piping. Released product was cleaned up and impacted soil was remediated. Cause of the release was determined to be due to internal corrosion. A plidco clamp was installed and the line was restarted. Mechanical integrity is reviewing the results from a paut scan of the piping to determine preventative measures. Further, the internal corrosion control program for this facility is being reviewed for appropriate changes.
