Narrative
Lact technician arrived on site to perform daily inspections and identified a small leak originating from the trap door at approximately 8:30 am on 6/30/24. Lact technician notified supervisor and then isolated the source of the leak at approximately 8:35 am on 6/30/2024. Leak immediately stopped once source was isolated. Upon investigation, trap door o-ring was found to have been pinched which ultimately resulted in the small leak. Trap door o-ring was replace with new o-ring. Remediation efforts took place and contaminated area has been fully remediated.
