On june 12, 2024, at 20:30 local time, a colonial employee was conducting a routine station check when they noticed product spraying from the line 01 trap discharge valve. The source was isolated and line 01 was shutdown. Repairs were completed and line 01 was returned to normal operations on june 13, 2024. The investigation is ongoing. Update: revised cause from g8 to g6.
