At approximately 0650 hours, operations received a high lel alarm on unit 6 in building no. 3. While investigating the alarm, technicians discovered the fuel line relief valve for unit 6 was venting. At 0700 hours, the failed secondary fuel regulator was isolated, and the venting stopped. It was determined that the fuel regulator failed at approximately 1500 hours, november 13, 2024, and vented until discovered at 0700 hours, november 14, 2024. The failed regulator has been repaired on 11/15/2024.
