Sng louisville compressor station 4132 improper valve sequence configuration on jd mode of operation. Valve 137 was not configured properly for jd mode sequence. Line pressure exceeded maop of 500 psig initiating over pressure device activation on low side discharge header at louisville compressor station. The highest pressure reached was 524.84 psig. Relief valve blew for 21 minutes an 7 seconds. Calculated gas loss is 4,610.47 mcf and is recordable to PHMSA. No injuries, no contractor involvement, not part of a project.
