Narrative
Odor call received and dispatched to technician on 9/11/2024. Investigation into leak resulted in natural force damage. A storm blew a power line down over crossing of casing. Power traveled through ground to casing, where pipe exited casing, it arced a hole in pipe. Crews secured site and monitored leak continuously until repairs were made on 9/20/2024 with pipeline replacement. Pipeline replacement was pressure tested per 192.619 to establish maop.

Narrative
Odor call received and dispatched to technician on 9/11/2024. Investigation into leak resulted in natural force damage. A storm blew a power line down over crossing of casing. Power traveled through ground to casing, where pipe exited casing, it arced a hole in pipe. Crews secured site and monitored leak continuously until repairs were made on 9/20/2024 with pipeline replacement. Pipeline replacement was pressure tested per 192.619 to establish maop.
