Narrative
On july 2, 2024, ram jack foundation solutions were performing foundation repairs at 15602 four seasons. While excavating with hand tools, the properly marked gas service line at this location was struck. The escaping gas ignited, resulting in fire damage to the single-story structure. The fire department responded and notified centerpoint energy at 11:45am. Service technician arrived at 12:11pm, gas was shut off at 1:45pm, line was squeezed off at the service tap location by the fire department on site and centerpoint energy personnel. Additionally, this same service line was struck on july 1, 2024, by the same 3rd party excavator, ram jack foundation solutions. Centerpoint energy responded and made repairs on july 1,2024.
