On 4/29/24, an electric contractor bored into 4 inch 130 psi distribution main causing 4 inch hole in the pipe. Gas was released for 90 minutes before flow of gas was stopped. 2 feet of 4 inch pipe was replaced and main was returned to service. Gas loss calculations were completed on 5/6/24 and it was determined the gas loss exceeded the reportable threshold.
