Narrative
On december 21, 2023 at 14:00, a third-party contractor struck a 4" plastic high pressure gas main on nsa property. The main was not shut off until 24:00, resulting in the release of 5900 mcf of natural gas into the atmosphere. The main was repaired and service was restored to customer on december 22nd. The one call center was notified prior to start of work and the gas main was marked within tolerance prior to excavation.
