On 11/29/2023 at 01:00 cdst in beaumont marine west terminal, a seal failed on a recently replaced pump causing release of product. An estimated 2 bbls of vgo were released inside of the manifold containment. All product has since been cleaned up. Upon investigation, it was determined the relief tubing was not properly connected during install of the pump. Oqs of individuals that performed the install were suspended until retraining occurred.
