On 11/28/2023 at 9:30 am cst, enterprise operator discovered a leak from a tubing connection on the legacy manifold at the midland tank farm; 0.36 barrels of crude oil released to the ground. The system was shut down and affected pipe was isolated. The cause was determined to be an internal corrosion. Affected pipe segment was excavated and removed from service.
